Single-Vehicle Accident on Moreview Drive Claims Life of Passenger

 

 

Lynchburg, VA – At approximately 10:01 AM on January 27, 2025, the Lynchburg Police Department and the Lynchburg Fire Department responded to a single-vehicle accident in the 1000 block of Moreview Drive.

 

Upon arrival, officers and medics discovered a vehicle that had run off the roadway and struck a tree. Both the driver and a passenger were transported to Lynchburg General Hospital for treatment of their injuries.

 

Tragically, the passenger, a 90-year-old male Lynchburg resident, succumbed to his injuries and passed away at the hospital on January 28, 2025.
